Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you create an account with, book classes with, make a payment to, or otherwise use the services of Pro Quran Tutor.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with any other policies that apply to your use of the academy.

Where a student is under 18, their parent or guardian is responsible for managing the academy relationship and accepting these terms on their behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating or managing an account.

You must keep your login details and password private and must not allow unauthorised people to use your account.

Where an account is used for a child, the parent or guardian is responsible for managing the account and keeping contact information up to date.

Please tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Classes

Pro Quran Tutor provides online one-to-one Quran learning for children and adults.

Classes are delivered at the times shown in your account or otherwise agreed with the academy.

Students and families are responsible for joining classes on time and having a suitable:

• Internet connection.
• Device.
• Microphone and audio setup.
• Quiet and appropriate learning environment.

Teachers may record:

• Attendance.
• Lesson progress.
• Homework.
• Learning notes.
• Relevant feedback.

These records may be used to support the student's learning and academy operations.

Class schedules may occasionally need to change because of teacher availability, emergencies, technical problems or other reasonable circumstances.

Where possible, the academy will communicate relevant changes to the student, parent or guardian.

Teachers

Pro Quran Tutor may assign a suitable teacher according to factors such as:

• Student requirements.
• Course or learning level.
• Teacher availability.
• Preferred timings.
• Language requirements.

A particular teacher cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

Where necessary, the academy may change the assigned teacher while seeking to maintain continuity of learning.

Plans and Payments

The price, billing arrangement and class allowance for a plan will be communicated before payment or shown on the relevant invoice or academy account.

Depending on the payment arrangement, families may pay through the payment methods made available by Pro Quran Tutor.

Payments should be made according to the due date and instructions shown on the relevant invoice or communicated by the academy.

The academy may maintain records of:

• Plans.
• Invoices.
• Payments.
• Class credits.
• Payment references.
• Relevant billing status.

A payment should not be treated as successfully received until it has been confirmed by the academy or the relevant payment provider.

Any bank, currency-conversion or third-party payment charges may be the responsibility of the payer unless otherwise agreed.

Class Credits

Where the academy uses class credits, credits represent the family's available class entitlement under the relevant plan or billing arrangement.

A class credit may be used when a class takes place.

The treatment of:

• Student cancellations.
• Teacher cancellations.
• Late cancellations.
• No-shows.
• Rescheduled classes.

will follow the academy's applicable cancellation and credit rules.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Students, parents or guardians should provide as much notice as reasonably possible when they need to cancel or reschedule a class.

The academy may apply its published notice period and class-credit rules when determining whether a cancelled class can be rescheduled or whether a class credit is used.

Where the academy or teacher cancels a class, the academy should take reasonable steps to arrange an appropriate replacement or preserve the relevant class entitlement.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the payment, the services already provided and the academy's applicable refund arrangements.

Where Pro Quran Tutor publishes a separate Refund and Cancellation Policy, that policy should be read together with these Terms and Conditions.

Any refund approved by the academy may be returned through an appropriate available payment method.

Attendance and No-Shows

Students should attend their scheduled classes on time.

Where a student does not attend a scheduled class and the academy or teacher was available to provide it, the class may be treated as a no-show in accordance with the academy's applicable class-credit rules.

Repeated missed classes may affect scheduling arrangements.

Conduct

Teachers, students, parents and guardians are expected to communicate respectfully.

Users must not:

• Harass or threaten teachers, students or staff.
• Use abusive or discriminatory language.
• Misuse academy accounts or systems.
• Share another person's private information without permission.
• Disrupt classes deliberately.
• Use academy services for unlawful purposes.

The academy may take appropriate action where serious or repeated misconduct occurs.

Safeguarding

The safety and wellbeing of children is important to Pro Quran Tutor.

Teachers, staff, parents and students are expected to follow the academy's safeguarding requirements.

Where a concern about a child's safety or wellbeing is raised, Pro Quran Tutor may:

• Record the concern.
• Restrict access to relevant information.
• Pause or adjust classes where appropriate.
• Contact a parent or guardian where appropriate.
• Take other reasonable safeguarding steps.

Safeguarding information should be handled separately from ordinary academy enquiries and only accessed by authorised people who need it for their role.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Pro Quran Tutor Privacy Policy.

This may include information necessary to:

• Manage accounts.
• Schedule and deliver classes.
• Maintain attendance and learning records.
• Process billing.
• Communicate with families.
• Protect academy users.
• Meet safeguarding responsibilities.

Online Class Links

Meeting or class links provided by Pro Quran Tutor are intended only for the people authorised to participate in the relevant class.

You must not publish, distribute or share private class links with unauthorised people.

Website and Academy Systems

You must not attempt to:

• Gain unauthorised access to another person's account.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Circumvent access restrictions.
• Introduce malicious software.
• Misuse academy information or systems.

Service Availability

Pro Quran Tutor aims to provide reliable online academy services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Services may occasionally be affected by:

• Internet outages.
• Hosting problems.
• Maintenance.
• Software updates.
• Third-party service failures.
• Events outside the academy's reasonable control.

Where practicable, the academy will take reasonable steps to restore affected services.

Ending the Agreement

A family may stop using Pro Quran Tutor services by contacting the academy and completing any outstanding payment or account matters that apply.

Pro Quran Tutor may suspend or end access where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including:

• Serious or repeated misconduct.
• Abuse or harassment.
• Safeguarding concerns.
• Fraud or misuse of academy systems.
• Unresolved payment issues.
• Serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Where appropriate, the academy should communicate the reason and any relevant next steps.

Ending the academy relationship does not automatically remove records that Pro Quran Tutor may reasonably need to retain for financial, legal, security or safeguarding purposes.

Changes to These Terms

Pro Quran Tutor may update these Terms and Conditions when its services, policies or legal requirements change.

The current version will be published on this page.

Material changes affecting existing families should be communicated where reasonably appropriate.

Governing Law

The governing law and courts applicable to these Terms should match the legal identity and registered jurisdiction of the organisation operating Pro Quran Tutor.
